Having worked with Principality Building Society for over 15 years, we’ve successfully completed two full brand rollouts and continue to assist with ongoing maintenance and refreshes across more than 70 branches in Wales.
The Brief
Morgans Consult was tasked with supporting Principality Building Society in their mission to refresh branches across Wales, enhancing the overall customer experience. With the guidance of their detailed brand guidelines, we aimed to create environments that not only aligned with their established identity but also reflected the core values they hold dear—trust, community, and a commitment to customer care. Our objective was to transform each branch into a space that felt welcoming, comfortable, and familiar, providing a sense of ease for customers as they entered.

The Solution
Throughout the entire design process, we worked closely with Principality Building Society to ensure every aspect of the branch refreshes was in line with their vision and the needs of their customers. By carefully considering the layout, colour schemes, and design elements, we created an environment that reflected the essence of their brand and fostered a positive atmosphere. Our team meticulously brought these designs to life, paying close attention to every detail to ensure each space felt both modern and inviting.
We achieved this by creating feature wall graphics, privacy manifestations for meeting rooms, and vinyl signs that provide instructions, wayfinding, and opening times as well as other important features that ensure the smooth running of such an established building society. The dedicated installation team played a crucial role in implementing the vision with precision and care, ensuring the refreshes were completed on time and to the highest standards. Their professionalism left a lasting impact, ensuring each branch provided a welcoming, trusted environment for Principality’s customers.
