Our 2025 – Morgans Consult’s Year in Review

This is our roundup of 2025, our biggest and best year yet (yes, we said that last year too!). We’ll look back at some of the projects we’ve delivered, clients we’ve worked with, and the team that made it all happen in 2025.

We’ve built relationships with new customers, and continued to deliver exceptional projects for our valued long‑standing clients. We’ve brought talented new team members on board, and together we’ve made a meaningful impact across businesses and public sector organisations in the UK and beyond.

This year has also been about connection, strengthening bonds within our team, deepening relationships with our clients, and engaging with the wider world around us. From major project wins to community collaborations, 2025 has been filled with moments that remind us why we do what we do.

We worked with the Football Association of Wales and Willis Construction on the £3million extension of the FAW’s Headquarters in South Wales. Office Life

Workplace Wellbeing

In 2025, we advanced our employee welfare journey by hosting workshops that empowered the team to prioritise their mental health and wellbeing. We also continued initiatives such as our “Move at Midday” team walks and outdoor yoga sessions so our team get opportunities to prioritise their mental and physical health.

Celebrating Women at Morgans Consult

We took time to celebrate the incredible women who inspire us daily, recognising their unique strengths and contributions. This celebration was a chance to pause and reflect on the impact of women across our business, and to express gratitude for the creativity, knowledge, and leadership they bring.

Our Team Championed Charities

Our Morgans Consult sponsored Operations Director, and his ‘Team RNLI’ colleagues as they took part in the Big Moose 24-hour charity cycle. We also hosted a Big Moose spooky Halloween Bake Sale at our HQ, who knew our team were such good bakers too?

Morgans Consult is proud of its long-standing partnership with Big Moose, whose discreet, prompt, and professional mental health support has been a valued resource for our team over the years.

We’ve also been supporting Cardiff Foodbank, with a range of initiatives, including supporting the ‘Countdown to Christmas on Canada Road’ with our local community, teaming up with our local primary school to create fundraising branding for the school, our HQ and residents along the street.

We worked with Box For Kids, a charity that helps children who’s mental or physical needs make it difficult for them to enjoy attending football matches. We invited them to use the Morgans Consult Legends Lounge, a safe space for them to watch and enjoy supporting Cardiff City.

We partnered with University of South Wales and the interior design course to develop future talent. We helped create a live industry brief, and supporting students as they respond to the project. This year, their brief is to design a wayfinding or engagement installation at RSPB Newport Wetlands nature reserve. We joined them on site to discuss the brief and show them around. They then came to our HQ a few weeks later to sit with our design team, and discuss their concepts.
